Dear Sir/Madam,

      The Bank of Russia and Government of Saint-Petersburg have the honour to invite you to participate in the 19th International Banking Congress (IBC-2010) to be held in Saint-Petersburg on May 26-29, 2010. The subject of the Congress is "Banks: Life after the Crisis".
      To be discussed at the plenary sessions and workshops is overcoming of the crisis' consequences, functioning of the banking system after the crisis, up-to-date world trends in banking and financial systems development, banking regulation and supervision, topical issues of risk management, interaction of banks and the real sector of economy, use of new technologies in banking business. A separate workshop is to be dedicated to the Bank of Russia celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2010.
      By tradition, representatives of the Federation Council, State Duma, Government of Russia, Bank of Russia, international financial institutions, Russian and foreign banks, auditors, consulting and IT companies, bank associations and scientific circles will participate in the IBC-2010.
      IBC-2010 is held with the aid of St. Petersburg Foundation for Support of the International Banking Congresses, bank associations and Russian credit institutions.
